With the sun shining through my window as I tap out our latest newsletter I am delighted that summer has at last arrived.
Firstly, I would like to thank literally hundreds of you as our customers, enthusiasts and the watch dealer network who have been in touch since our awful watch theft in March and in doing so has genuinely really helped me to deal with this situation.
I am pleased to now confirm that our insurers TH March have kindly settled a claim and we can put this behind us and rebuild a collection of beautiful luxury watches for you to enjoy.
Through late June and early July we have been out and about attending two agricultural and country shows. These are great fun and allows us the chance to showcase our latest collection to new and existing customers. My thanks to Jamie and Scott who helped make a great team! Many are now enjoying their new wrist wear and since then we have been busy purchasing new stock which I recommend you take a look on our website.
As I now approach my 8th year in business since starting Edinburgh Watch Company in 2014 it is without doubt the finest chapter in my career and is made so enjoyable through the relationships I have build with literally thousands of customers and for that I send you my sincere thanks for your loyalty and great chats!
EWC is not a big faceless corporate giant but instead a very personal business where I as the owner hand-pick only the best of the best luxury watches from equally nice people. We don’t buy from auctions and only very rarely buy from the trade as we love to know the history of each watch. Once bought and if it has been previously enjoyed then it is put through a rigorous pre-sale process to ensure it is at it’s best and ready to be enjoyed for many many years by it’s new owner.
