Here we have a mint and very rare example of the highly desirable Officine Panerai Submersible.
What makes this especially rare is it’s striking blue dial which works perfectly with either it’s blue alligator or rubber strap.
This comes as a complete set and was recently serviced.
The Luminor Submersible is a Professional Divers watch and is a modern development of a model created in the 1950’s
The case , obtained from a single block of metal, guarantees water resistance to a dept of 1000ft
The anti-reflective crystal is sapphire, made from corundum, which is the toughest material after diamond.
Powering the watch is a high quality Swiss automatic movement with a power reserve of over 42 hours that meeds the COSC Chronometer standard.
The bezel is unidirectional to meet the needs of a diver and the case includes an automatic helium escape valve.
It has the well known and practical device that protects the crown and ensures it is water tight.
