Here we have something very special and rare from the famous Swiss brand International Watch Company
With a case finished in robust titanium, this special limited edition pays tribute to the iconic Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrow racing cars of the 1930s.
This unworn watch is a complete set with papers dated September 2017. This is one of only 750 watches made
The Ingenieur Chronograph Edition “W 125” is a homage to the Mercedes-Benz W 125 Silver Arrow. It was in 1938 that Rudolf Caracciola set the record for the highest speed ever reached on a public road – 432.7 kilometres per hour – in a W 125 powered by a V12 engine on the autobahn from Frankfurt am Main to Darmstadt. This model is limited to 750 watches and has a rugged titanium case. The black hands and appliqués provide a stylish contrast against the silver-plated dial. The two totalizers, the small seconds subdial and the tachymeter scale are inspired by the dials in the dashboard of a W 125. This model comes with an exquisite black calfskin strap
