Here we have something very special from Omega which is now discontinued in this case size.
It was with OMEGA’s maritime legacy in mind that the brand launched its Planet Ocean line in 2005. The stylish OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M pays homage to OMEGA’s dive watch heritage.
This is sold as a complete set with an outer white box, inner box, instruction manual and warranty cards dated December 2015
It’s case size is 45.5mm and is made from stainless steel.
The rear of the case has the crystal back where you can see the beautiful 8500 movement in action
The stainless steel bracelet is beautifully engineered and matched with a deployant clasp.
Powering the watch is the famous calibre 8500 Co-Axial escapement with an officially certified chronometer
It is a fully waterproof watch and can be submerged to 600 metres/2000 feet. On the left hand side of the case you can see the helium escape valve so a genuine divers tool watch if required.
The Matt black dial has a Super Lumina so is very easy to read at night time.
Technical specification:
This model, with its scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, features a black dial with a date window at the 3 o’clock position. The black ceramic unidirectional rotating divers’ bezel is mounted on a 45.5 mm stainless steel case.
The OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M is water resistant to 600 metres / 2000 feet / 60 bar, and has a helium-escape valve. The OMEGA Co-Axial calibre 8500 at the heart of this certified chronometer timepiece can be seen through the transparent caseback.
