Here we have something very special and rare from the famous Swiss brand International Watch Company
Launched in 2017 at the Basel watch fair this IWC Da Vinci Chronograph is finished in stainless steel and mounted on an alligator strap.
This example is has only been worn on a few occasions and was bought new in September 2017 and is offered with an excellent saving off RRP
The Sport for Good Foundation watch is one of only 1500 pieces
The watch has a wonderful story that is explained below but importantly the new owner of this watch will have pleasure knowing that the purchase of this has supported a very worthwhile children’s charity.
The elegant Da Vinci Chronograph Edition “Laureus Sport for Good Foundation” has a diameter of 42 millimetres. Newly designed articulated strap horns and curved lugs ensure that the black alligator leather strap from Santoni fits comfortably on the wrist. The in-house 89361-calibre chronograph movement with a 68-hour power reserve draws its power via a double-pawl automatic winding system. Thanks to the flyback function, this stainless-steel watch allows ongoing chronograph time measurements to be instantly “deleted” and a new measurement started without an intermediate stop. This year, IWC Schaffhausen organized another children’s drawing competition throughout all the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation projects. The jury chose the drawing by 12-year-old Hou Ye from Shanghai.
