We are delighted to announce the arrival of this striking U2 Blue. This was bought new in 2020 and remains UNWORN.
In addition to the attractive blue calf leather strap we are also including a genuine Bremont blue rubber strap.
This comes complete with all of its original boxes, leather wallet, spare rubber strap and documentation from Bremont.

The Bremont U-2 was designed exclusively for, and tested extensively by, the elite Spy Plane Squadron based at Beale, California. These incredible pilots regularly take their iconic aircraft up to 80,000 feet on reconnaissance missions that often last over 12 hours. Three retail models are available, which have all been put through their paces at 100,000 feet and -50oC in the laboratory and out on missions.
The DNA of the U-2 chronometer lies firmly with the military following the pioneering development and dramatic success of the Bremont military air-crew watch developed in association with the world’s largest ejection seat manufacturer, Martin-Baker. The elite 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale wanted a watch with the same testing history as the Bremont MB but one that had also been custom-tested to their own requirements. The finished U-2 chronometer has most of the advanced elements of the MB, including; the Anti-shock rubberised movement mount; designed to withstand the MB ejection seat program, but also added functionality.
