Here we have something very rare and indeed rather special!

First sold in November 2012 this will be one of the last of the original 40mm Explorer 2 watches before Rolex introduced the new 42mm model

What is particularly collectable is that this has the later 3186 movement which is current in today’s range.

This has the rehaut engraved dial displaying the serial number inside the case.

It is simply in superb condition and is a perfect example of this iconic professional watch.

It comes complete as it left the Rolex dealer in 2012. An outer/inner box, two hang tags, warranty card, instruction manual and a protective bezel cover
